About the founder
Kate Shasha is an organizational psychologist and executive coach with two decades of experience leading strategy and change in client- and member-driven organizations. As a coach, facilitator, and consultant, she helps leaders and teams make the most of who they are and realize the possibilities aligned with their purpose.
Before founding Three Pines Partners, Kate held executive strategy and transformation roles in financial services: guiding change through two industry-shaping mergers, transforming the business model and culture of a global regulatory body, and developing leadership and organizational capability throughout. She has lived and worked across three continents, an experience that shapes how she meets leaders in their own contexts.
Kate is based in London and partners with clients around the world.
